This is a nice, very friendly park that makes a wonderful one night stopover. We had a problem with our refrigerator while here and the owner came by and gave me a phone number for a person to call for help.

We stayed at this park for a month. It is a beautiful park in a great location but could be improved upon. There is much mud and standing water in the back of the park. No phone service at all which is a serious safety issue! No cable service, and limited dish service due to the trees.

We stayed here again overnight while traveling. They have improved the park a lot and it is very nice. They have friendly staff and a very clean park.

We stayed here again while traveling through Houston. This is the nicest and friendliest park that we have been in. They have added even more trees and the grass was green and immaculate.

This is a miserable little campground. The place is a wreck with dog feces everywhere, and seems to cater more to long term stay rather than an RV park atmosphere. I got looks from some of the residents that seemed to say "why are you here in MY place?" No cable, very slow Wi-Fi. Not a good place and I WON'T be back!

We stayed here again while traveling through this end of Texas. We love this park for it's accessibility to the freeway. Very friendly staff and work campers. Only gave it an 8 rating because of no picnic tables or trash cans throughout the park.

We stayed here for a month while we worked on our house that we are selling. It is pretty quiet and the people here are friendly. We did have one problem with a loose pit bull that belongs to a resident, but I tied him up.

This is a new park that is only partly open. The people working there were very nice and when the park is completed, it will be a great place to stay. I wish they had a rally hall for rallies and meetings.

We have used this park before to overnight while traveling. It's easy on and easy off the interstate and that is all that matters. Not a destination park but great for travelers.

We stayed here for two days on our way back to Houston. The park could use a little TLC but there are signs up that construction is under way. The river is very impressive but the trash left on the bank is unsightly and should be removed. Free laundry service is very nice.

We stayed here with a large RV rally. We came in before the rally and stayed almost a week after it ended. The park staff is very nice but the grass could have been cut before we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We pulled in from a long day on the road and found a very nice staff. The grass has not been cut in awhile but someone was working on the driveway with a tractor. We would stay here again.

This is a typical KOA park, not fancy at all but nice. The staff were very nice and cooperative when we wanted to extend out stay for another night because we were tired. My big complaint is the price. We opted for the water/electricity only and still paid $44.00 per night! This is an outrageous price to pay for a non-full hookup site.

We stayed here for The Rally. It was very nice, quiet and peaceful. There were several others in the park that were also attending. We would return to this park.

A friend suggested this park to overnight in and boy were they right! This place is great with long level sites and very low prices. There is even an introductory deal of free laundry.

This is a mostly mobile home park. The staff is friendly but there are a lot of silly rules in place. Seems to have a large turnover in staff. The patrons are mostly older people and not very friendly. Advertises Wi-Fi available, but in fact is only available in rally/recreation hall.

I don't usually care for KOA's for a destination park, but have used them as a stopover several times. This park is the exception to my rule and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Although we were in what I considere an "overflow" type site that is not the best and was some distance from the rally group and the rally hall, overall the park was very nice. The park attendants were very helpful and were eager to assist.

This is a nice little park for someone that is just looking for a place to read, watch TV or surf the net. It is a cheap park but did lack in maintenance, like grass cutting. We were there for a week and never saw anyone outside the office.

The wifi did not work because someone outside the park was illegally using it. The manager turned the wifi off to keep unauthorized persons from using it. She punished paying guests for something that we have no control over. The cable did not work in the row that we were parked in. I was told that there have been problems with the cable for some time in this park. It is obvious that the owner lives off-site and does not check up on his employees.

We camped there with a club and had a great time. The new owners have made a lot of changes and are constantly improving on the park. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating park and will certainly go back.

Let me say that the park is beautiful and the owner has spent a lot of money on it. The area of town where the park is located leaves something to be desired, but it is close to the hospital district. My complaint is with the management. When I checked in, I was not told of any rules or regulations on parking. The back-in sites are rather short, so I backed in deeply with my rear stabilizer jacks on the grass. After I had gotten backed in (I was alone), leveled and was just about ready to go pick up my wife, the "manager" came by and told me I would have to pull up and get off the grass. I told him that I understood the rule, I just resented having it given to me after I had already set up. I later saw others parked on the grass and they were not made to move. I will NEVER go back to this park and cannot recommend it to anyone else. Stay Away!!
